Ingredients
I love firing up these wings whenever the gang comes over for the weekend match—they’re the perfect hands‑only snack for stress‑chewing through extra time. While the chicken wings bake themselves crispy in the oven, I whisk together my Tangy BBQ Tamarind Sauce, honey, soy, garlic and ginger into a sweet‑smoky glaze that clings to every nook. No standing over a fryer, no grill drama—just swipe, toss and serve. The result? Super easy and delicious wings, complete with sesame crunch and a fresh coriander hit.
Step 1
Preheat your oven to 200°C. Season the chicken wings with salt and pepper, and place them on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
Step 2
Bake the wings for 45-50 minutes or until crispy and golden.
Step 3
While the wings are baking, prepare the glaze. In a saucepan, combine the Tangy BBQ Tamarind Sauce, honey, soy sauce, garlic, and ginger.
Step 4
Simmer over medium heat for about 5 minutes or until the sauce thickens slightly.
Step 5
Once the wings are done, toss them in the glaze until they are well coated.
Step 6
Garnish with sesame seeds and chopped coriander before serving.
